Farm store products seen here are raised on Eagle Butte Ranch, located in Paonia, Colorado and T-Lazy-7 Ranch in Aspen, Colorado. Eagle Butte Ranch is an authentic working sister ranch, where we our all-natural Wagyu beef is raised for T-Lazy-7 Snowmobile’s lunch tours and for sustainable small-scale sales in Aspen and Paonia. Fresh farm eggs are also available, as well as Alfalfa honey and Rocky Mountain high altitude honey while supplies last. Certified weed-free hay and low-carbohydrate horse and cattle hay is also raised annually on Eagle Butte Ranch.

Delicious Wagyu Beef

We are very excited to be offering our pasture raised D-Quarter Circle Wagyu Beef. Our cows live in a stress-free environment and have never been given antibiotics or hormones. They are raised on Eagle Butte Ranch in Paonia, Colorado and on T-Lazy-7 Ranch in Aspen, Colorado. Wagyu cows are best known for their ability to produce tender, marbled beef that grades above prime cuts, as well as naturally containing higher Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids and more monounsaturated fatty acids (the good fat) than other beef breeds. We sell a variety of individual cuts, as well as ½ and ¼ cows. Products are sold at The Gift Shop located at T-Lazy-7 Ranch, through Eagle Butte Ranch, and at the Aspen Farmers Market during the summer months.

Farm Fresh Eggs

During the summer months our chickens are allowed to roam free on Eagle Butte Ranch. They spend most of the day grazing and foraging for grubs in our nearby hay fields. The happy hens provide a stream of multicolored farm fresh eggs that are exceptionally high in nutrition. These eggs are coveted by local families and are rarely on the shelves for long.

Rocky Mountain High Altitude Honey

Our amazing honeybees spend a busy summer harvesting pollen from high altitude Rocky Mountain wildflowers and organic alfalfa fields. The flowers they visit lay the foundation for their honey’s exquisite flavor. Not only is honey a perfect natural sweetener, it is also thought that honey from your local ecosystem can help reduce seasonal allergies.

The Gift Shop

Be sure when you visit the Ranch to stop by our Gift Shop, located inside the Snowmobile Office. In addition to our high-altitude honey, farm fresh eggs and all natural grass fed Wagyu beef, we also carry a variety of fun gifts that are mostly made in Colorado. In the summer months we also carry firewood, ice cream and s’mores!
